Web work includes anything from static HTML through to the setting up and configuring of your Content Management Systems. I frequently use MODx or Wordpress for these tasks, between them they cover the needs of most of sites. A sample of typical assignments are listed below.
Support and maintenance, it's not fancy and it's not fun. Whether it’s upgrading your Content Management System, editing a page, fixing a javascript library conflict or moving a site to a new domain. Its the type of work that I am currently doing on a day to day basis. Time for support and maintenance is available in advance by the hour, and divided into 10 minute slots. These rates start at £40 per hour of support, or £250 per day (7 hours). On completion of work you get a copy of all the changes, plus backups of the old files. If you request support over one hour, you’ll be asked for a confirmation.
