Usability Guidelines designing native apps for platforms that you don't use everyday is difficult if you want to be as consistent ans possible with the native user experience. This page lists the official documents published by all major platforms that you'll ever develop on and some you probably shouldn't. Thanks to @iamhepto for the link.

Skeleton Responsive CSS system, a nice boilerplate for starting responsive designs. Based on the 960 Grid System, comes with good typography, forms and buttons.

Subtle Patterns does what it says on the tin. A site with subtle patterns. They are all free and comes with the Photoshop patterns to download too.

TWG Retina Icon Set are a set of free icons for iOS or web projects. 147 very useful icons in there for all your projects
